Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Place the product in its original packaging including all manuals, accessories, and warranty cards to ensure a full refund eligibility.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box, removing any old shipping marks.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
